Making A Purchase
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
Click on the type of product that you would like to look at from the central menu or from the menu on the left hand side.
Select the item and amount that you would like and click on Add To Cart you will then be shown a running total of items in your basket. Use the left hand side navigation to continue shopping.
To view your basket at any time, click on the 'Shopping Basket' tab at the top of the page.
To purchase your item/s click 'Checkout' from your Shopping Basket. Complete the form with your contact and shipping details and click 'continue'. To proceed with your purchase click 'Continue to secure checkout'. You will then be directed to Paypal where your transaction will be handled in a secure environment.
If you already have a Paypal account click 'Login' and continue in the usual way.
If you do not have a Paypal account complete the form and click 'continue checkout'.
Complete your card information, email address and home telephone number. Then type the security word into the box exactly as it is shown. This is a security measure to stop machines making false transactions.
Click continue checkout. Your card will be processed and payment sent for your chosen items.

Shipping And Handling
Here at Pellers we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition. All items are despatched within 1-3 working days of us receiving your order. You will receive a notification by Email that we have received your order and you will also be informed by Email when your order is despatched. In the unlikely event of an item not being available we will notify you by Email and give you the option to place the item on back-order, receive a substitution or cancel the item and receive a refund.
UK ORDERS
Orders within the UK will be sent by First Class Royal Mail.
EUROPEAN ORDERS
European orders are sent by Airmail.
The charge for this service is FREE for all orders over £10, and £1 for orders of £10 or less. We do obtain a certificate of posting for all orders sent via airmail and we will not be held responsible if they get lost in the post.
Orders usually arrive within 3 working days of being posted but may take longer depending on the postal service.
Please note that items sent by this method do not have to be signed for, so we recommend that orders over £28 in value are sent by Insured Airmail which will need to be signed for, the cost of this service is £5.
WORLDWIDE ORDERS
Orders outside of Europe are sent by Airmail
The charge for this service is FREE for all orders over £10, and £2.50 for orders of £10 or less. We do obtain a certificate of posting for all orders sent airmail and we will not be held responsible if they get lost in the post.
Orders usually arrive within 5 working days of being posted but may take longer depending on the postal service and delays in Customs.

Privacy Policy
Pellers is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you only to process orders and create a one to one shopping experience. We do not share the information you provide us with any outside company or third party.
Use of information:
We collect information in several ways.
1. When you place an order, we receive your name, e-mail address, and mailing address and product details. We DO NOT receive your credit card details. Our payment gate provider "PayPal" process these on our behalf.
2. We may use the information we collect to occasionally notify you of changes to the website, the latest Pellers Jewellery, services and special offers we think you will find valuable.
3. We do not sell, trade or hire out your personal information to others.

Cookies:
Cookies are small bits of data that are stored on your hard drive.
Pellers only uses cookies to keep track of the items you have placed in your shopping cart, allowing you to leave the site, and still have your shopping cart when you return.
When you complete your order, those cookies are then deleted.

Returns Policy
All returns must be unworn, unmarked and have all tags and labels still attached. They should be returned with all packaging in tact. Where relevant we reserve the right to refuse any unauthorised returns, and any items that are returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold will be returned to the customer.
Cancellations
We will accept any returns (other than the items listed above) until 7 days after the day that you receive your order. You must first notify us in writing (either Email or letter) that you wish to cancel your order, once your return is authorised you will recieve a return reference which must be quoted on the packaging of your return. All returns should be sent back to us (at the invoice address) within 7 days of authorisation, in their original packaging by a suitable postage method (Recorded delivery or Special delivery), at your own expense. Pellers will not be held responsible for any items which are lost in transit to us. The refund amount for the item(s) returned excluding postage costs* will be credited to the card used to make the original order within 30 days of us receiving the return.
* If free postage was given, we reserve the right to deduct the actual postage cost we incurred in shipping the order from the refund amount.
Exchanges
We will accept exchanges (other than the items listed above) until 7 days after the day that you receive your order. You must first notify us in writing (either Email or letter) which items you wish to exchange, once your exchange is authorised you will recieve an exchange reference which must be quoted on the packaging of your return. Please enclose a cheque made payable to Pellers for the additional postage charge (as agreed with Pellers when authorising your exchange) plus any difference in item value (where relevant). All items should be sent back to us (at the invoice address) within 7 days of authorisation, in their original packaging by a suitable postage method (Recorded delivery or Special delivery), at your own expense. Pellers will not be held responsible for any items which are lost in transit to us. Your replacement item(s) will be despatched upon receipt of the goods returned.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you should contact us immediately, quoting the order number which is printed on your invoice. We will then request that the item be returned to us, in its original packaging by Recorded Delivery. When we receive it here, we will send out a replacement and reimburse the postage cost. If a replacement is not available we will refund the card which was used to make the purchase.
